Returns and Cancellations
You can return goods ordered on-line up to 28 days after delivery by packing them securely and sending them to our shop address. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags or labels attached and include all original inner and outer packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. If the goods are faulty, please contact us to allow us to organise their return.
If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. We recommend that you insure the returned goods for the appropriate amount, in case of loss.
Upon cancellation of your order a refund will be givin with seven working days.
Items purchased from our retail premises must be returned in person.
Delivery
Charges
Delivery is FREE on UK orders over £100.00. For UK orders less than this there is a small charge of £3.00.
For all orders outside of the UK delivery is £10.00.
If applicable, the delivery charge will be shown when you checkout and you will be able to see this before you pay for your order.
Timescale
Your order will be sent via courier or registered post, depending on its size. Your order will require a signature on delivery.
UK orders should arrive within three working days, but please allow seven working days before contacting us. Overseas orders should arrive within 14 working days.
Payment
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Solo. You will be asked for your name, address and card details when you place your order. Delivery will only be made to the address of the card holder. All transactions are in UK Pound Sterling (GBP). All prices include VAT, if applicable.
The card payment is managed by SagePay, our secure payment processor, using 128-bit SSL security. The Ski Exchange Ltd do not receive or hold your card details at any time.
